Community Involvement
You get the most when you give

We are dedicated to bringing awareness and assistance to causes within our neighborhood by offering a helping hand to organizations we believe in, such as:
Alzheimer’s Association
Worldwide it is estimated that about 16 million people have Alzheimer’s disease, 4.5 million of them are Americans and we at Brighton strive to do our best to serve them every day. We not only financially support this cause, but also participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s every year with thousands of other to bring attention to this debilitating disease. This is an astounding number of individuals and families affected by this disease, and it’s a number that continually grows. We have been involved with the Alzheimer’s Association for over 20 years and will continue to be involved until a cure is found.
Honor Flight
The Honor Flight Network is a national network comprised of independent Hubs working together in furtherance of the Honor Flight mission. In furtherance of this common goal, we have the opportunity to show our nation’s veterans the appreciation and honor they deserve. Participation in an Honor Flight trip gives veterans the opportunity to share this momentous occasion with other comrades, to remember friends and comrades lost, and share their stories and experiences with other veterans. All honored veterans travel at no cost to the veteran.
Pets for the Elderly
We love our Pets here at Brighton! Pets for the Elderly provide companionship to senior individuals through pet ownership, while saving the lives of companion animals in shelters; animals which might otherwise be destroyed due to lack of appropriate homes, and space limitations.
SCSEP
SCSEP is the nation’s oldest program to help low-income, unemployed individuals aged 55+ find work. Brighton Care group works with those in this age group every day in helping them find placement in fulfilling roles. Having a passion and purpose isn’t just a young person’s game!
